Position Summary
As a postdoctoral associate in the largest comprehensive university-connected research foundation in the country, you will work closely with PI on an NIH -funded project investigating speech outcomes following bilateral stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease.

Minimum Qualifications
PhD in Communicative Disorders and Sciences or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with acoustic-perceptual analysis of neurotypical speech and dysarthria. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal skills.

The trainee will perform tasks to include:
- Assist with recruitment of listener subjects.
- Conduct perceptual studies of intelligibility.
- Perform labor-intensive speech acoustic analyses as well as
data reduction and management.
- With the PI, will also supervise student assistants and
participate in training students to perform acoustic analyses and
run listener subjects.
