General Description of Position
The Associate Degree Nursing Program is looking for adjunct faculty with med-surg experience. Under the general supervision of the Dean, Associate dean and/or the Program Chair, the instructor will provide instruction to students in various courses which may include classroom (face-to-face or on-line), laboratory and/or clinical settings. The instructor may serve as a coordinator for a group of courses or be the lead instructor for a course or courses with the program. The instructor develops and implements the course syllabus according to the Program curriculum plan and SCC policies in cooperation with other faculty.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
2. Minimum of 3 years medical-surgical nursing.
