Student workers will be assigned to assist faculty members in conducting research, for instance, compiling bibliographies, compiling and coding data, proofreading MSS, collaborating on writing projects, and other tasks as determined by the faculty member. We envision this not only as an employment opportunity but also as a mentorship opportunity for the student. Faculty will thus be trained regarding how to meaningfully involve students in research rather than just assigning them errands.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to conduct research.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualified students must be an English major, junior standing or above.
