The College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University is seeking applications for the open position of Assistant Professor (tenure track) in the Department of Marketing beginning in the Fall of 2018. This opportunity is open to both recent graduates from doctoral programs and/or an assistant professor with a productive research record.

Duties include teaching courses in the undergraduate and PhD programs of Marketing as well as in the MBA and EMBA programs. This position will also be responsible for teaching sales courses. In addition, a successful applicant is expected to produce high-quality scholarship for leading marketing journals and serve on doctoral dissertation committees as needed. Successful candidates will have a background of research and teaching interests in the broad areas of marketing promotions, sales, consumer behavior, strategy and public policy.

Qualifications:

A PhD in Marketing is required by the time of appointment.
