JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

WPI is seeking applications for a full-time teaching (non-tenure track) faculty position in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. The classroom teaching requirement for the position is approximately four to five courses per year across the spectrum of graduate and undergraduate programs. The successful candidate is expected to primarily teach courses in electronics and signal analysis, including microelectronic circuits, sensors, semiconductor devices, continuous and discrete time signal processing, and related courses with material relevant to contemporary analog and discrete signals and systems. In addition, the candidate is also expected to assist the ECE department in senior project advising and participate in ongoing curriculum development activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is a non-tenure track appointment for one year initially. After demonstrating quality performance and successful completion of the assigned teaching responsibilities, a multiple-year contract may be negotiated.
