Who We Are

The RADD Lab (Director: Dr. Roselinde Kaiser) is an interdisciplinary group performing clinical research to gain insight into the brain and behavioral processes that reflect or underlie depression and other mood experiences, with the goal of leveraging our discoveries to foster emotional health.

Research in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience spans topics ranging from synaptic plasticity to social decision making; from attention allocation to emotional happiness and pain; from stress to suffering. Our faculty have a rich pattern of collaboration with each other and with faculty in other departments and institutes.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
  • This position will work closely with Dr. Kaiser to design, implement, and supervise research activities, including:
    • Management and training of Research staff.
    • Oversight of clinical evaluation and assessment, triage and referral.
    • Global study management and support
    • Oversight of data management and quality assurance.
    • Project management with collaborators.
    • Communication with administrative units, and other duties as needed.


What We Can Offer

The salary range for this full-time appointment is $45,000-$62,000 annually.

What We Require
  • A PhD in psychology, education, neuroscience, or a related field.
What You Will Need
  • Experience in human subjects research with pediatric and/or adult populations.
  • Experience in interdisciplinary methods and research procedures.
  • Experience managing a team in a research setting.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
