Job Summary

We are seeking a person to act as a resource to assist students based on student led questions and to support students as they prepare for exams / complete projects.

To be a successful Educational Coach, candidates should be invested in being collaborative, and possess the desire to work in higher education.

On Elmhurst University Campus, Monday and Wednesday 1:00 –2:00

Essential Functions
  • Building rapport with students
  • Assisting with student led questions
  • Connecting students with other resources, as needed
  • Open to working with other department internship programs
  • Willingness to collaborate and build rapport with students.
  • Open to problem-solving
  • Flexibility to work with staff regarding student/class needs
  • Assisting students with using Bluenet to register for courses
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Employee is subject to indoor work, protected from weather conditions.
