• Provide additional resources for the scope of relevant work that needs to be completed. Primary Responsibilities
- Provide timely & relevant analytics (financial aid, net tuition, academic programs).
- Review department budget/actual trends and develop metrics to identify opportunities for spend optimization.
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Develop analysis related to operational revenues and expenditures and compare to benchmark/best practice data to assist in recommendations.
- Overall assist with analysis, budget development, reporting, and training.
- Bachelor’s degree with sufficient, directly relevant work
experience; business finance or accounting experience preferred.
MBA preferred.
- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience working with complex ERP
systems (preferably SAP ) and an aptitude for learning new
systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time & task management skills; Ability to
accomplish all work priorities within deadlines.
- Proactive with ability to anticipate and manage next steps and
issues.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to build effective work relationships; partner as an advisor.
