The School of Health Sciences is seeking a Nursing Adjunct to teach in an Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)-accredited, Associate’s Degree nursing program. Responsibility includes clinical assignments offered during the day, evening or weekend to off-campus clinical sites.

This position requires student advisement and committee responsibilities, curriculum development and program assessment activities, variable teaching schedules and alternative instructional strategies as assigned. Participation in service-based learning and interest in international initiatives are appreciated.

Qualifications:


Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in New York State
• Master's degree (or enrolled) in Nursing at the time of appointment with clinical teaching experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a multicultural environment, and a willingness to work and contribute collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing Education and clinical experience in Medical Surgical
