Position Title (Mines only) Food Service Equipment Technician (Pipe/Mechanical Trades I) Residency Requirement Applicants must be a Colorado resident. Job Description This position will maintain, repair, and install food service (kitchen) related equipment as required throughout the campus and other duties as assigned for the efficient operation of the equipment. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all food service (kitchen) systems. Responsibilities

- Perform all scheduled preventive maintenance and cleaning on all food service (kitchen) and refrigeration equipment as needed.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various types of food service (kitchen) and refrigeration systems.
- Monitor contractor work to insure completion of their repairs.
- Repair, replace, or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, lights, and electrical wiring. Receive and complete work orders.
- Detect needed repairs on equipment following established inspection procedures.
- Maintain accurate records on material and labor used.
- Respond to emergency calls as needed.
- Maintain freon dispensing records to meet federal, state and county requirements.
- Complete required paperwork including recording preventative maintenance, work order tasks, and labor activities.

Pay Range
$22.22 - $26.90 Hourly
$3,851.00 - $4,662.00 Monthly
