Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Athletic Director for Academic Support.

The candidate would be expected to: coordinate, organize, and implement the FLIGHT Academy mentorship group by supporting student-athlete initial enrollment at the University, as well as providing resources for continuing eligibility and progress towards their degrees; exhibiting the highest professional standards and ethical behavior with adherence to NCAA, Colonial Athletic Association (CAA), Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC), University and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics rules and regulations; be responsible for the leadership and management of the Student-Athlete Study Hall program, including oversight of the center, hiring and supervision of student workers, as well as the reporting of student-athlete progress, attendance, compliance with study hall requirements/hours.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree, Valid Automobile Driver's License in your state of principal residence

Required Skills or Software:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence, Intermediate knowledge of MS Word 2016

Other Requirements:
Experience in academic support for student-athletes, preferably at a college or university.

Must be able to work weekends and nights.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop.
