The University of North Alabama’s division of Student Affairs is accepting applications for the position of Title IX Coordinator/Director of Prevention, Education, and Response.  This position is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Title IX compliance obligations in accordance with the University’s mission and values. The coordinator is responsible for overseeing policies, processes, procedures, and training related to these areas and will work with the campus community to ensure compliance with Title IX regulations. This includes overseeing and monitoring compliance with university policies related to Title IX; implementing complaint procedures - including notification, investigation, and disposition of complaints; providing educational materials and training for the University community about policy and prevention; conducting and/or coordinating investigations of complaints received pursuant to Title IX; ensuring a fair and neutral process for all parties; facilitating informal resolutions and supportive measures; and monitoring all other aspects of the University's Title IX compliance.

The minimum qualifications for this position include: Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, or a closely-related field is required; Two years of experience in Title IX is required; Supervisory experience, including direct oversight of staff and/or student employees and trained adjudicators is required; Current Title IX coordinator training/certification is required; and a current, valid driver's license is required.
