The Executive Director (ED), Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy, specifically in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, benefits and compensation, and employee engagement. The ED is responsible for ensuring HR policies, procedures, and programs effectively and efficiently support College operations and strategy as well as comply with laws and regulations. The ED serves as a strategic and tactical resource to executive leadership on HR matters.
