The Opportunity
The Flight Department is seeking a Flight Data Reception and Scanning Professional. This customer service professional will support the Flight Data & Certification Department as the first point of contact with the customer and strives to meet their needs in a professional, cheerful, courteous and efficient manner. Records collected in the department will be submitted to the FAA, so accuracy is demanded of the position.

Responsibilities include:
- Receiving students and colleagues at the reception desk
- Answering the phone and emails
- Reviewing documentation for errors and scanning documents to
support the process
- Performing data entry
- Supporting the needs of the Analysts, Specialist, ACR and
Manager
- Guiding student assistants in support of those tasks
- Other duties as assigned

- Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel,

applications.
- High level of personal communication skills (particularly
oral)

- Detail and customer service oriented
- Progressively responsible office experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
