ENROLLMENT ADVISOR



Job Description

Manages day-to-day student admissions and registration, maintains student records and enters and monitors required data in an integrated database. Provides routine guidance and assistance to departments, staff and prospective and current students regarding admissions, transfers and registration policies and procedures.
- Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish team objectives
- Reviews, analyzes, and processes information as directed
- Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on practice and existing precedents or procedures
- Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team

Explains detailed information/ regularly interacts with both internal and external parties

40/week 8am-5pm

Salary

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $15.29 - $20.70 hourly
Grade: GGS-7
University Title: Enrollment Advisor

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
