Job Description:

The Recruiter, Health Sciences is a member of the enrollment team that works across the district of the College and within the surrounding community to support recruiting and admissions goals of Pensacola State College. Responsible for marketing health-related programs to high schools, the community, business and industry, and the military. Key activities including hosting visitors on campus, building and nurturing relationships with prospective students and parents, creating and delivering presentations about the College and programs offered, tracking prospects to meet specific recruitment goals, and counseling prospective students through the admissions process. This position is housed on the Warrington Campus. Reports to the Associate Dean, Enrollment Management.

SALARY RANGE: $35,000.00 - $42,500.00

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate degree or appropriate experience and a valid state driver's license. Relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Successful results of a criminal background check are required.

Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations. Any person failing to meet the requirements of the statute will be deemed not qualified to hold employment in this position. A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment, and any person who fails to disclose any adverse information contained in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified from employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor's degree.
