TheHead Coach for Cross Country and Track and Fieldwill oversee all aspects of operating a successfulNCAADivisionIIIprogram within a competitive conference structure.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet annual athletic department recruitment goals
  • Lead student-athletes to a strong team structure that develops positive experiences and competitive team results
  • Mentor student-athletes in all aspects of the college experience and in transitioning from college to a career
  • Develop strong alumnae connections
  • Willingness to work evening and weekend hours for competition, practice, and recruiting

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Significant coaching experience in cross country/distance events or sprints/jumps/hurdle events at the high school or collegiate level
