Position Summary:
The Department of Information Systems & Business Analytics
(ISBA) in the Neil Griffin College of Business at Arkansas State
University (A-State) invites applications for a nontenure-track
position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level beginning
Fall 2022. Teaching and research interests in all areas of
information systems will be considered. Interest and knowledge in
the area of Artificial Intelligence is highly valued.
The AACSB-accredited Neil Griffin College of Business is one of the
up-and-coming business colleges in the region. The Department of
ISBA recently redesigned its curriculum with a greater emphasis on
business analytics
Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include:
- Tteaching ISBA courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including the new Master of Science in Applied Digital Technology program
- Conducting scholarly research that results in quality peer reviewed publications
- Service to the department, college, and university
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Preferred to have knowledge in the area of Artificial Intelligence
General Days/Hours:
Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
