The Department of Management offers undergraduate degree programs with majors in Management and Hospitality & Tourism Management; minors in Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, and Sustainable Business; and a Masters program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management. - A Ph.D. in Human Resource Management or a closely related field is required. Candidates who are ABD will be considered, but the position requires completion of all doctoral requirements by the effective date of the appointment.
- Candidates must have the potential to be excellent teachers dedicated to student learning, active researchers publishing in refereed journals, and participating members of the university, professional, and local communities.
- Candidates for Associate Professor must have an established record of excellence in teaching as well as scholarly activity.
