Clinical Faculty - Site Coordinator

Duties: serve as the liaison between the university and the school district; serve as the instructor for Clinical Practice Seminars and teacher trainings; serve as an instructional coach for teacher candidates; advise students in the elementary and/or middle school education programs; participate in recruitment and retention activities for the College of Education and Human Performance; participate in service opportunities for the program, department, college and university; work collaboratively with colleagues and help in preparing university, state, and national accreditation, grant data and reports and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: earned doctorate in a field related to teacher education or ABD; current teaching license required; minimum of (3) three years teaching experience in K-12 schools; evidence of teaching online and/or face to face at the university level and evidence of scholarship in education. Special consideration will be provided for candidates with student teaching and/or internship supervision experience.
