Management
- Serve as a member of the Pipeline, Project, and Data Management team, a small group within Regional Programs focused on building and maintaining the team’s pipeline and managing special projects on behalf of partner development offices, or DOFFs;
- Organize and track the success of the team’s relationships and partnerships across the organization;
- Manage referral tracking;
- Maintain and manage prospect groups;
- Partner with colleagues to develop and execute pipeline and population-focused projects;
- Refine and maintain collaboration, pipeline, project, and data management tools (e.g. the Collaboration Matrix, best practices documents, trackers, etc.);
- Lead data integrity and consistency efforts.
- Support for Regional Programs:
Gift Officer Travel
- Assist Regional gift officers with pre-trip activity (e.g. preparing donor lists and collateral materials; conducting prospect research and outreach; serving as back-up for travel planning and logistics);
- Provide home base support as needed during gift officer travel (e.g. updating donor data, assisting with changes to travel and schedules, managing time-sensitive requests);
- Partner on post-trip follow-up (e.g. submitting research requests, providing database maintenance).

This may include documentation of having two (2) MMR vaccines; two (2) Varicella vaccines; or antibody status to these diseases from laboratory testing. Blood tests for immunities to these diseases are ordinarily included in the pre-employment physical exam except for those employees who provide results of blood tests or immunization documentation from their own health care providers. Any vaccinations required for these diseases will be given at no cost in our Occupational Health office.
