The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has an opportunity for qualified candidates to apply for an Export Control position at one of four levels: Compliance Specialist, Coordinator I, Coordinator II or Manager. Full-time remote work is possible.

The Export Control Compliance Specialist performs functions related to the oversight, guidance, and direction of the UNL Export Control Program, processes, and policies. The primary focus of this position is applying policies and regulations to provide expert advice and training to university administrators and employees on matters relating to Export Control and preventing non-compliance with organizational policies and procedures relating to export-controlled research. Other duties as assigned. In addition to the above responsibilities, the Export Control Coordinator I and II are responsible for other duties as assigned specific to training, creation of TCPs and interaction with the National Strategic Research Institute (NSRI.) In addition to the above responsibilities, the Export Control Manager is responsible for supervision and oversight of the Export Control Program when the Director is unavailable.
