Director of the College of Liberal Arts Academic Success Center

The Director of the College of Liberal Arts Academic Success Center (CLAASC) is a full-time 12-month Administrative Professional position. The Director has a leadership role in strengthening departmental and college efforts to provide quality advising and promote undergraduate student success. This position supervises a team of Academic Success Coordinators (ASCs) and administrative support staff, providing leadership in their holistic approach to providing students with the guidance and resources necessary to be successful. The Director is part of the Dean’s Office Management Team and works to support the college’s strategic goals, including setting data-informed priorities. The Director is the college-level point of contact for academic units in the CLA as well as campus constituents.

This position may have some flexibility for a hybrid telework model. However, a majority in-office presence and availability for regular, in-person meetings is expected.
