Reporting to MJ Knoll-Finn, Senior Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success, and serving as a member of the President's Senior Leadership Team, the Vice President for Recruitment, Admissions and Financial Aid will have oversight for Undergraduate Admissions and Access; Financial Aid; and Graduate and Online Recruitment Services for NYU's global network that comprises three degree-granting portal campuses: one in the heart of New York City and Brooklyn, a second in Abu Dhabi and a third in Shanghai. This newly created role is a critical leadership position with significant opportunity to impact the continued enrollment trajectory of a world-class university and the students it serves. 

The Vice President will be an energetic and creative leader with outstanding written, oral and interpersonal skills. They will possess a broad knowledge of higher education leadership, access, recruitment and yield outcomes, budgeting, operational planning, program planning and development and human resource management. The Vice President must be able to build relationships with a wide variety of constituents including deans, faculty, external organizations, high school and college counselors as well as other key administrators to inform strategy and inspire people to action. The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and analytical skills and a familiarity of undergraduate, graduate, global and online education pipelines that enhance the development of a strategic plan.
