The Director of Operations / Women's Soccer will assist in managing the budget and daily operations of the Women's Soccer program. This person will also be the main liaison for student athlete admissions, the Athletics Compliance department, and Student Athlete Academic Support Services. Responsibilities include and not limited to supervising travel (for both the team and staff); assist with the daily schedule of coaches and team; coordinate recruiting; assist with fundraising and planning special events for alumni and donors; serve as on-site game day operations liaison; handle numerous administrative responsibilities for the head coach. This position reports directly to the Head Coach / Women's Soccer.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree and/or bachelor's degree with related experience.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience in planning athletic team travel.
Commitment to diversity.
Experience working with a diverse group of coaches, staff, and/or student athletes.
The ability to travel to competition sites.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a Division I "Power 5" athletic department women's soccer program.
Experience as a collegiate coach and/or student athlete.
Experience with fundraising.
Working knowledge of recruiting software.
Experience with ARMS workflow software.
