POSITION: Full time, fiscal year contract (12
month), fixed term, professional academic staff live-in position
and Campus Security Authority. The person selected for this
position will be responsible for overall operation of a residence
hall, supervision of undergraduate resident assistants and
potentially graduate hall directors, and front desk staff. Duties
include programming, judicial, counseling, staff selection and
training, advising hall government, committee responsibilities, LLC
support in most positions, supervision of front desk operations
including food and beverage sales, promotion of EDI principles in
their community, and coordination of housekeeping and maintenance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree,
previous experience in residence hall living or employment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in
student personnel or related field; supervision experience; hall
leadership experience; evidence of commitment to equity, diversity,
