Job Summary

The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures seeks qualified individuals to teach one section of a first-semester introductory French language course (FREN 101) in the Fall semester of 2022. The course meets three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) in-person for 50 minutes each session typically early in the morning. Adjuncts are also expected to hold office hours during the week for at least 1 hour; zoom appointments are acceptable.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Masters in French and Francophone studies or related field
  • Teaching Experience at the College-level.


Additional Information:

Applications will be accepted continuously until a suitable candidate is identified. Ideally, the hiring will be finalized by August 1st. Hiring depends on enrollments and/or budget approval.
