The Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach will be reporting to the Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director. The Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach is responsible for leading and managing all phases of the Women’s Lacrosse program in accordance with NCAA, Conference and University rules. This position is also responsible for the instruction and counseling of student-athletes in the program.
Required Education: Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with work experience equivalent to a master’s degree required. Considerable experience coaching lacrosse and playing experience at the NCAA Division I level required.
Required Qualifications: Experience with
monitoring high academic performance and retention of
student-athletes required. Strong organizational and communication
skills required. Strong time management skills. Established track
record of recruiting and lacrosse player development success
required.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated success in the cultivation of donors preferred.
Conditions of Employment: Position must travel and work nights and weekends frequently.
