Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Baking, Pastry, or related.

Desired Qualifications:

• 3-5 years industry experience
• Specialty pastry skills - yeast breads including sourdoughs, rye, specialty breads, and specialty diets (gluten free, allergen free, etc.)
• Teaching experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

Summary of Essential Functions:
Teach the core baking and pastry credit courses, Patisserie I, Patisserie II and including baking electives including Yeast Breads, Cake Decorating, and Contemporary Restaurant Desserts.
