Summary:
Teach baking and pastry credit courses.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Baking, Pastry, or related.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3-5 years industry experience
- Specialty pastry skills - yeast breads including sourdoughs, rye, specialty breads, and specialty diets (gluten free, allergen free, etc.)
- Teaching experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English

Teach the core baking and pastry credit courses, Patisserie I, Patisserie II and including baking electives including Yeast Breads, Cake Decorating, and Contemporary Restaurant Desserts.
