Educational Leadership: Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor in Educational Leadership, teaching courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels across several degree programs but especially those focused on socio-cultural foundations of education. Successful candidates may be asked to work with students at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels. The appointment is for the 2022-23 academic year. The position is renewable contingent on performance and funding.

Required: Doctorate in Socio-Cultural Foundations of Education, Educational Leadership, Education Policy, Curriculum and Instruction, or closely related field by date of appointment for appointment as a Visiting Assistant Professor, or a master’s degree in Socio-Cultural Foundations of Education, Educational Leadership, Education Policy, Curriculum and Instruction, or closely related field by date of appointment for appointment as an Instructor.

Consideration may be given to candidates with knowledge of and experience with initiatives in the areas of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; engagement with anti-racist, anti-oppressive, culturally responsive and sustaining pedagogies; experience teaching hybrid or fully online as well as face-to-face courses. Scholarly productivity and university teaching experience is highly desired as well.
