Transcript Entry Specialist



Job Description

Process transfer credit and/or transfer course entry/validation into the Student Information System.
Maintain data and/or upload assigned test scores and lists.
Work on data cleanup projects as assigned.
Post transfer credit in batch to student account for accurate student level assessments.
Administer transactions related to the student record as needed in relation to requirements, standards, policies, procedures and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to all constituents (students, faculty, staff, visitors, etc).

8am – 5pm Monday through Friday

Salary

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Pay Range: $13.27 – $18.00 Hourly
Grade: GGS-6
University Title: Student Support Specialist I

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent level of accurate data entry and speed. Ability to adapt to new assignments and basic office work experience. Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and ImageNow software
