Program and Admissions Coordinator, OTD



The Division of Occupational Therapy is seeking applicants for a Program and Admissions Coordinator. This is a fulltime, benefited position located at our Health Professions campus in Winchester, VA.

The Program and Admissions Coordinator works under the direction of the Division Director. This individual supervises the administrative aspects of the Program to ensure the proper functioning of day to day operations to ensure that the Program runs efficiently and effectively in supporting students, faculty, and staff, in a professional, friendly, effective, and timely way in support of the mission of the Program, Division, and University. In addition, this individual supports the admissions activities and processes for the program.

Required Skills

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two years of working experience required with experience in academia, healthcare or comparable setting preferred
  • Working knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft Office applications including word processing, email, electronic spreadsheets, and databases
