Job Description:

The Department of Radiation Oncology is seeking two qualified applicants to fill open positions as a Clinical Assistant Professor. This position will be located at the University of Florida Davis Cancer Pavilion in Gainesville, FL. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on clinical research, multidisciplinary care of cancer patients and residency education.

The primary duties and responsibilities include all aspects of radiation therapy patient care and treatment, with specialization depending on clinical interests and needs of the department. The major instructional responsibility is for training housestaff in therapeutic radiation oncology. Other activities include instruction of medical students, participate in tumor boards and community education.

Expected Salary:

Commensurate with Education and Experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates should have completed an accredited residency and must be Board certified or Board eligible through the American Board of Radiology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Academia
