The applicant is expected to work independently and collaboratively as part of or as leader of a cross functional team to develop recommendations to achieve key national security objectives specifically oriented toward technology issues that impact U.S. defense priorities, especially those of the U.S. Special Operations Forces and their enablers across multiple defense and other agencies.
