announce a career opportunity asHead Womens Tennis Coach.The Head
Womens Tennis Coach is responsible for developing and leading a
successful tennis program. Coaches womens teams in accordance with
Suffolk University and NCAA Division III regulations.
Principal Responsibilities:
Principal Responsibilities:
-
Daily
operation of the women's tennis program which requires the ability
to demonstrate tennis related skills and develop a highly
structured practice program.
Conducts
traditional and nontraditional practice sessions.
The Head
Coach works with and motivates student-athletes to help them reach
goals and maximize their potential.
Utilizes
knowledge, rules and skills associated with cross country,
including NCAA rules and Division III philosophy when performing
job responsibilities.
Develops a
successful and comprehensive recruiting philosophy and initiatives
related to the recruitment and retention of qualified student
athletes by meeting goals for student visits, securing
applications, deposits and program enrollment.

Bachelors
degree required.
Three to five
years of college coaching experience is preferred, including prior
experience as a student athlete.
Must be able
to work in a highly competitive and professional environment where
the primary focus is on the student-athlete experience.
Excellent
written and oral communication skills.
