Responsibilities and Requirements:
A Doctorate degree in Counselor Education, preferably from a CACREP-accredited program. This core position includes teaching graduate courses, assisting in practicum placement and supervision, mentoring students on academic and research projects, tracking and reporting outcomes for the master’s in counseling program for accreditation purposes, and contributing to other departmental service activities. Applicants should document interest in training professional practitioners, possess administrative skills, and ability to function effectively in multicultural settings. A minimum of (3) years of experience teaching in higher level educational institutions, clinical field experience, and skills/interest in both live and online teaching modalities are preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
