The Writing Department at Loyola University Maryland is seeking a
Assistant Teaching Professor to teach first-year core writing and
possibly upper-level courses. This is a one-year contract with a
4-4 teaching load. Required qualifications: Graduate course work in
writing pedagogy; demonstrated success in teaching college
composition; Master's degree in Writing, English, or related field;
ability to support the Jesuit mission. Preferred qualifications:
PhD in Composition and Rhetoric, writing center experience, and
demonstrated engagement with scholarly community. To apply, please
