Colorado State University’s Office of Title IX Programs and
Gender Equity is seeking two Title IX Investigators, who are
responsible for understanding and complying with Federal and State
laws, regulations and related guidance regarding investigations of
sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, domestic violence, dating
violence, stalking, and retaliation and integrating guidance, law
and best practices into Title IX
and VAWA investigations.
The investigator position is primarily responsible for
investigating allegations of sexual harassment, sexual violence,
relationship violence, stalking and retaliation, writing
investigation reports, and being a witness in live hearings.
Adherence to confidentiality is critical. The Title IX Investigator
reports to the Title IX Coordinator. This is a 12-month full-time
administrative professional position, based in Fort Collins, with
the potential for flexible work arrangements, including some remote
work, however, on-campus presence is also necessary.
