Job Overview

Project Manager, under the direction of the Director of Planning, Design & Construction (PDC), will be responsible for the coordination, administration and management of all design, engineering review, code compliance, developing and enforcing campus specifications and coordinating inspections for major and minor capital projects to ensure conformance with appropriate building and operating codes.

Position Summary

Project Manager (Administrator I)

This is a full time, exempt position.This position is an Administrator I in the Management Personnel Plan (MPP). MPP positions serve at the pleasure of the President.

This position is eligible for a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave. In addition, 14 paid holidays are offered each year; 13 scheduled on specific days and a Personal Holiday that may be taken any time during the year.

Anticipated Salary Range: $7,300 - $8,400 per month

CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,750- $10,417 per month

Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected.
