Title: Educational Assistant I - Ceramics

Department Arts & Communications Staff Dev
Position Summary:
Provides necessary assistance to ceramics students and instructors as they work on projects during open lab; assists instructors when class is assigned projects; is present so that ceramics lab may be open during non class times for students to work.
Primary Duties Performed:
Job responsibilities will include kiln loading and firing, high and low fire glaze making and testing, shelf grinding, inventory of materials and monitoring the clay studio. Some assisting teachers in class and helping create and technical assistance of Power Point presentations.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent and over one (1) year of relevant full-time experience.

$16.20 Per Hour
