About the Opportunity

Summary & Responsibilities:

The Business Process Manager (BPM) will report to the Senior Director of Data, Systems and Technology within Enrollment Management and will work within a highly talented and motivated team who oversees Enrollment Management systems, products, and programs. Working closely with all areas of Enrollment Management, the BPM will gather information and requirements on systems and processes, document, and work with the teams to identify opportunities for improvements to enhance the customer experience. The BPM is expected to maintain a complete inventory of all contracts for technology tools used within EM and identify emerging technologies and tools that will help improve EM operations. The BPM will implement and maintain automated tools to provide support for the “Go To Market” process for academic program launches. The BPM will provide user and system administration support, and reporting for the Workfront project management platform.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management or related field. Master's degree in Business Management, Project Management or related field preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process management or related area; Knowledge in WordPress, HTML, CSS, content management systems, project management software, databases, and networking. Pro-active, innovative, self-starter who is flexible and able to operate under pressure; Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people of all cultures and levels. Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
