Job Description:

Job Summary

Reporting to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager, the ERP Systems Specialist - Finance is responsible for designing and implementing business solutions through the College's Financials ERP systems. This position develops test plans and procedures for implementation and coordinates with information technology to test applications. Additionally, they document and maintain business processes while providing training to end users for all modified and new systems implementations.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Design and develop business solutions for the College's Financial & Campus Solutions ERP systems.
• Maintain expertise in the ERP system used by the College.
• Maintain expertise in Finance system functionality and provide backup support for the Campus Solution system.
• Build tests plans and procedures for testing changes.
• Document and maintain business processes and provide training for new implementations.
• Assist other pillars as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 3 years of experience
• Requires expertise in software development for and administration of PeopleSoft Financials.
• Thorough understanding of all the features and functionality of the financial ERP application.
• Concrete knowledge of and experience with SQL, App Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker.
• Proficiency in writing PeopleCode and Application Packages.
• Experience developing and administering PeopleSoft Campus Solutions is a significant plus.
• Experience with Workday migrations is a plus.
• Higher education experience is preferred.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time, exempt-level level position with an annual salary. The College is committed to providing competitive market pay for its employees. The annual salary for this position ranges from $92,000 - $98,000 and is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
