West Virginia University Research Corporation Eberly College of Arts & Sciences is currently accepting applications for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate.

About the Opportunity

A Postdoctoral Researcher position is available at Dr. Peng Li’s lab to conduct research on developing new micro-nano bioanalytical technologies through implementing innovative microfluidic, acoustic, electronic and material science principles for biomedical research and clinical applications.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct research activities under the guidance of advisor.
  • Preparing manuscripts and documents for scientific publication and grant application.

The minimum starting salary is $50,000.

  Qualifications  
  • Ph.D.or equivalent doctoral degree in biosensing, mass spectrometry, microfluidics, functional material development, nanostructure fabrication or related fields.
  • Research experience in Biosensing, Mass spectrometry, Microfluidics, Functional material development, Nanostructure fabrication or related fields.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to peer-reviewed journals.
  • Motivation to conduct interdisciplinary research.
  Requirements
