Kirk Scholars will teach 3 courses per year, actively pursue their research agendas, participate in department and faculty meetings and events, deliver Kirk Lectures at the college, and mentor students. Candidates may also discuss any aspects of their background or experience that would contribute to the diversity of our faculty. Excellence in undergraduate teaching and an effective and sustainable research program are necessary for renewal of this position.
