The UH College of Pharmacy, in alignment with the University Strategic Plan and 50-in-5 initiative, is seeking to recruit an Open Rank - Research Faculty (non-tenure track). The proposed Research Faculty position will support the efforts to enhance research infrastructure, administration, training and resources to build and support the college's areas of research expertise. These efforts and resources will support the pursuit and success in obtaining center, multi-PI and training grants, elevating the research expenditures and reputation of the college and the University.
The University of Houston is a Carnegie-Designated Tier 1 public research university and also a member institution of the world-renowned Texas Medical Center which houses major academic research programs in cancer, genetics, and neuroscience with a major focus on translational research.

Qualifications :
- Eligible candidates must have earned a PhD or doctoral degree
- 3+ years of postodctoral or industrial experience in leading efforts to enhance research infrastructure, administration, training and resources
