This position has responsibility for developing, organizing,
conducting, assessing, and revising recruitment activities through
Admissions & Recruitment, including working with academic
departments, marketing staff, and Student Services staff on all
campuses. S/he maintains close working relationships with area high
schools, community groups, businesses, and other institutions as
appropriate to recruit students to attend Guilford Technical
Community College. Local travel required for presentations,
meetings, career fairs and college fairs.

Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution
Education Preferred:
- Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling or related field from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of two years' experience within a higher education environment.
- Experience working with diverse students including first generation college students, students from under-represented populations, and students transitioning from adult high school programs.
Experience Preferred:
- Participation in gaming competitions; coaching/teaching background
- Extensive knowledge of E-Sports
