* Four (4) years application development, system solution, network administration or related experience.
* Minimum qualifications can be substituted with an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Preferred qualifications:
Preference will be given to individuals who possess :
Normally scheduled Monday through Friday; however, may be required to work other shifts to include evenings and/or weekends. Schedule subject to change based upon department needs. Compensation The annual salary is $61,667. A competitive benefit package included Special Instructions to Applicants

Class Summary
Incumbents coordinate and implement the technical support, maintenance, use and enhancement of network infrastructure critical to the operation of the College. Major duties and responsibilities include: designing, configuring and maintaining servers, wireless access systems; administering, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure and IP phone system; overseeing and providing technical troubleshooting of network issues; and coordinating projects

• Designs, administers, configures, installs, updates, and maintains networks, operating systems, servers, desktops, and wireless access systems, and performs related application upgrades.
• Administers, operates, maintains, configures, and troubleshoots network infrastructure; work may involve analyzing complex network-related problems and issues, including outages, slowness, or configurations; configuring and maintaining network switches, routers, firewalls, and UPS units; updating configurations; and installing and repairing switches, phone system servers, cabling, and related modules.
• Administers, operates, maintains, configures, and troubleshoots IP phone systems and supporting applications related to emergency responder, contact center, and voicemail systems.
• Coordinates project operations related to developing, updating, and/or implementing network infrastructure; work may involve preparing project plans, coordinating with vendors and staff, and ensuring that all operations are performed in accordance with applicable laws, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinates with vendors, end users, and other internal and external staff, departments, and agencies, and attends meetings, to communicate information, provide technical expertise and assistance related to assigned area of operation, and facilitate project and departmental operations.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

- Experience managing and configuring AWS and Azure Cloud Services
- Experience with configuring and managing a wired and wireless networking environment
- Experience with advance routing strategies and protocols across a WAN /multiple location
- Experience working with networking appliances such as: firewalls, IPS, web filters, and others
- Experience configuring and maintaining a Windows 2016 or higher server environment
- Active and Azure Directory management experience
- Large scale desktop and application deployment experience
- Group Policy configuration and troubleshooting
- Windows scripting and automation experience
- Management and configuration of Windows server-based server roles such as Domain Controllers, DHCP, DNS, KMS, Printer Servers, and others
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows Deployment servers
- Experience working with Switch Hardware
- Experience with cloud-based phone system
- Experience with networking a variety of networking devices
