our rapidly expanding team!
We are seeking a collaborative and innovative professional to
manage the university’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP). The QEP
Manager collaborates across all academic programs to support
assessment-driven improvements in student learning. Receives direct
supervision from the QEP Director and is expected to work
independently to complete tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Ensure the QEP is implemented on time and within budget.
Manage the QEP across the university.
Evaluate, analyze, assess, and report on QEP data.
Build momentum for QEP initiatives by collaborating with
faculty and staff to support curricular change.
Provide oversight and support of QEP-related workshops and
presentations, developing and facilitating as needed.
Remain current in assessment, accreditation, and higher
education regulatory requirements, such as the Council on
Chiropractic Education (CCE) and the Southern Association of
Colleges and Schools (SACS).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
EDUCATION/EXPERTISE:
Master’s degree in higher education leadership, educational
research, or related field required. Alternative degrees and work
experience may be considered.
Seven years of related experience required; preferred 3 or more
years of experience in accreditation or compliance concerning
higher education with increasing supervisory experience and
responsibilities.
Experience in university accreditation, preferable through the
Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
Knowledge of student learning outcomes, assessment, data
analysis, or related evaluative reports. Educational assessment
experience and/or graduate-level coursework in Statistics
preferred.
Ability to write and communicate effectively with university
leadership, faculty, and students to support assessment and
training related to the QEP.
Proven experience successfully managing multiple simultaneous
projects.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as
appropriate.

hands-on, and flexible higher education environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position is primarily a remote role but requires periodic
on-campus attendance as deemed necessary by the Director of the
Center for Teaching and Learning/ QEP Director.
Ability to effectively communicate with the campus community
both orally and in written format.
Visual acuity to use a keyboard and view a computer terminal.
Requires good hand-eye coordination and arm, hand, and
finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp.
Job is sedentary, requiring work hours sitting in a chair
though it may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to
visit other locations; or the ability to stand and walk.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry and/or move a light to
medium weight up to twelve (12) pounds and/or exert up to twelve
(12) pounds of force.
