Primary Purpose and General Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator will be primarily involved with coordinating a program evaluation, although work on other research projects associated with a broader research program will also be associated with the positions.

Required Qualifications:

1. An undergraduate or masters degree in psychology, education, or related field;
2. Keen attention to detail
3. Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU.
4. Experience working with data and statistical databases (REDCap, SPSS, SAS).
5. The ability to handle multiple responsibilities including daily tasks and planning for longer-term projects.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. The ability to work autonomously and within the structure of a large research team; and
experience managing large research projects.

Salary Range: $35,000 - $40,000
