Veterinary Client Service Representative I/II OPS
The University of Florida Veterinary Hospitals is opening a 40,000
sq foot newly built hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC),
a high profile 300-acre equine facility in Ocala, 30 minutes south
of Gainesville. UF Veterinary Hospitals at WEC provides Equine
sports medicine, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging services
and Small Animal primary care and urgent care services.
The part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) will work at both
the equine and small animal front desks. The CSR is responsible for
coordinating the daily activity of patients, directing
communications with clients during their visits, answering phones,
and processing payments. This individual may assist with loading
and unloading equine patients and must possess horse handling
skills and experience.

- High school diploma and two years of relevant experience.
Appropriate college course work or vocational/technical training
may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required
- Associate’s degree and one year of relevant experience or high
school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant
- More than two years of work experience loading, unloading,
restraining, and handling horses
- Previous experience working in a Client Service position in a
