Job Description:

The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC), provides Small Animal primary care and urgent care services and Equine sports medicine, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging services. The part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) will primarily work at the small animal front desk. The CSR is responsible for coordinating daily activity of patients, directing communications with clients during their visit, answering phones, and processing payments.

Available Shifts:
  • Day and weekend shifts available. May require working holidays.
  • This position is considered essential personnel and requires a post-offer health assessment.
Expected Salary:

$17.00 – $20.00; Competitive salary based on education and experience

Minimum Requirements:

Client Service Representative I:
  • High school diploma and two years of relevant experience. Appropriate college course work or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience
Client Service Representative II:
  • Associate’s degree and one year of relevant experience or high school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • More than two years of work experience loading, unloading, restraining, and handling horses
  • Previous experience working in a Client Service position in a relevant field
